- Insulting Lukashenka (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code);
- Organizing riots (Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code);
- Promoting extremist activities (Part 1 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code);
- Promoting extremist activities (Part 2 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code);
- Incitement to hatred (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code).
From November 17, 2023 to January 3, 2024, his criminal case was being considered in closed session. Judge Mikalai Dolya sentenced Kislou to five years' imprisonment and a fine of 100 basic units.
