Yauhen Liulkovich was detained on September 21, 2021. After having served numerous administrative arrests, he was re-detained on November 21 in a criminal case. He was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization or active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order).
The trial began on June 16, 2022 in the Mahilioŭ Regional Court. On June 20, Yauhen was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment to be served in a medium-security penal colony.
