Yaraslau Kazakevich is 27 years old. He is from Orša, Viciebsk region.
According to the case file, on December 8, 2022, he shot a video of an echelon with Russian military vehicles and arms at the Orša-Centraĺnaja railway station and immediately sent it to a Telegram channel recognized as "extremist".
The next day, December 9, 2022, Yaraslau Kazakevich was arrested. The Orša District Court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative detention 'for the production and distribution of extremist materials'. He was never released.
