Yahor Ibrahimau was convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 and Article 364 of the Criminal Code for participating in the protests in 2020. On May 25, 2021, he was sentenced to four years in a penal colony.
He was included in the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
On June 3 and 12, 2024 the court of Zhodzina city will consider the case under Part 1 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of the correctional institution).
