Ivan Stankevich, the audit director of B1, a well-known company, was charged with organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order or actively participating in them, as stated in Part of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. He was detained at the end of October 2023 and placed in custody pending trial. It is worth noting that he is the father of three minor children born in 2013, 2016, and 2019.

On December 29, 2023, the defendant was sentenced by Judge Yuliya Krepskaya of the Frunzenski District Court in Minsk to two years and six months of restricted freedom under home confinement (domashnyaya khimiya).
