Ivan Dubrouski was arrested in Hrodna on charges of "group actions grossly violating public order" (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).
He was remanded in a pre-trial detention center.
On January 27, 2022, Hrodna Kastryčnicki District Court sentenced Ivan to 12 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. His car which allegedly was used to block the traffic was ordered to be confiscated as a means of carrying out the crime.
The political prisoner served his sentence in full and was released in July 2022.
