Iryna Savashynskaya was arrested on February 23, 2023, in Hrodna, near a food store. A search was conducted at her home.
Later it became known that a criminal case was opened against her under Article 342 of the Criminal Code ('Organization of or active participation in group actions grossly disrupting public order'). She was kept in a pre-trial detention center.
On June 23, 2023, the Kastryčnicki District Court of Hrodna sentenced Iryna Savashynskaya to 24 months of freedom restriction under home confinement.
