Irena Kliavets is a 39-year-old specialist at the Minsk City Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre. She was arrested in the summer of 2022. It is known that she has four minor children.
Kliavets was charged with four articles of the Criminal Code for leaking information to the Black Book of Belarus Telegram channel:
- Part 3 of Article 130 ('Incitement of other social hatred and enmity')
- Part 3 of Article 203-1 ('Illegal actions regarding privacy information and personal data')
- Part 3 of Article 352 ('Illegal possession of computer information')
- Part 3 of Article 426 ('Exceeding power or authority')
