Illia Valentsinovich was arrested on January 20, 2022. First, he was sentenced to arrest under an administrative case, and then re-detained as part of a criminal case for group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).
He was charged and transferred to pre-trial detention center.
On May 6, 2022, the sentence was handed down. Illia was found guilty and sentenced to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
