Illia Pirazhkou was accused of allegedly blocking the road and thus obstructing the city traffic during the protests on September 23, 2020, in the Sierabranka district of Minsk.

The convict was sent to serve his sentence in open-type penal facility #43 in Mahilioŭ.

On November 29, 2022, the Lieninsky District Court of Mahilioŭ ruled to tighten the regime for Pirazhkou: he was transferred to a general-security penal colony for six months.

The political prisoner was placed in penal colony #15 in Mahilioŭ.
