Ihar Sidarovich is a person with a disability. He has one leg.
Judge Ina Kakhanouskaya found him guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to one and a half years of restricted freedom under home confinement ("domashnyaya khimiya"). The court also ordered him to pay 1,500 Br as moral compensation to the victim, the head of the Maladziečna police station, Vadzim Prygara.
At the end of 2024 it became known that Ihar had been arrested again and was being held in custody.
