In March 2024 Ihar Fedarenka was convicted under several articles of the Criminal Code. These are Part 3 of Article 361 (calls for restrictive measures (sanctions), other actions aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus), Part 1 of Article 130 (incitement to racial, national, religious or other social hatred), Part 1 of Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka), Part 1 of Article 342 (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).
