In April 2024, Hleb Sakhar was sentenced to imprisonment under five articles of the Criminal Code: Article 130 (incitement to hatred), Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka), Article 369 (insulting a government official), Article 361-1 (creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it), Part 3 of Article 361 (calls for restrictive measures).
He is currently being held at the pre-trial detention center No. 1.
