Hleb Muravitski is a final-year student of the Belarusian National Technical University. He was arrested in April 2023 and served four administrative arrests. On April 20, he was sentenced to 13 days of arrest under Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and on May 2 he was sentenced to 12 days of arrest under the same article.
After that, criminal proceedings against him were started under Article 342 of the Criminal Code ('Organization and preparation of or active participation in actions grossly disrupting public order').
