Hleb Liohki from Babrujsk was sentenced to 18 months in a general-security penal colony for desecrating the state flag (Article 370 of the Criminal Code).
According to the case file, on the evening of November 15, 2021, Artsiom Pryhazhayeu and Hleb Liohki, being intoxicated, tore down the state flag of the Republic of Belarus from a school building and waved it. Then they threw it on the ground, and Liohki threw a cigarette butt on the flag and stomped it.
