Hleb Yuryeu was arested for administering the Tipichnaya Serebrianka local chatroom (of the Serabranka microdistrict in Minsk). He was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code ('Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order').
The case was tried by the Lieninsky District Court of Minsk. On March 23, 2023, Judge Yuliya Inchyna sentenced the political prisoner to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
