Hanna Kruk, an artist, was detained on the evening of November 29, 2023, at the cafe 'Marks' in Minsk. Two days later, she was tried under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences for unauthorized activity. According to the protocol, Anna "displayed a picture with the white-red-white flag, which was made available to an unlimited number of people".

Kruk did not admit guilt and explained to the court that she had placed her picture in the cafe, but it did not contain an image of the white-red-white flag. As a result, the court decided to detain her for 13 days.

However, she has not been released and is currently in custody under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).
