Hayane Akhtsiyan is a mother of an anarchist Raman Khalilau.

On November 26, 2021, the security forces broke down the door of Hayane's apartment and conducted a search. The woman herself was detained, charged with disobedience to police officers under Art. 24.3 of Administrative Code and later sentenced to 10 days in prison.

Later Hayane became a suspect in a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code ("Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them"). She was transported from Polack to the Akrescina temporary detention center in Minsk.

On April 12, 2022, the Frunzienski District Court of Minsk Judge Alena Busheva found Hayane guilty under part 1 of article 342 of the Criminal Code (active participation in actions that grossly violate public order) and sentenced her to three years in an open-type penitentiary. The woman was released awaiting the commencement of the sentence.
