Eduard Zhdanko was sentenced to three and a half years in prison under Part 2 of Article 363 of the Criminal Code (resistance to police officers).

According to the indictment, during a protest on August 9, 2020, Zhdanko obstructed the lawful activities of servicemen of the internal troops. He took a piece of paved tile and threw at the soldiers who were dispersing the protest, and hit one of the soldiers in the shoulder. This injury did not lead to any health disorders.
