Dzmitry Zheburtovich was detained on October 7, 2020. He was taken to the police department, beaten there and sent to the detention center in Akrescin Street. Dzmitry's apartment was searched the same day, and his computer, phone and other items were confiscated. He was then charged under Art. 293, Part 2 (participation in mass riots).

On July 19, 2021, Judge Dzmitry Astapenka sentenced Zheburtovich to five years in a medium-security penal colony.
