Dzmitry Shlethauer, a citizen of the Russian Federation, was convicted under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code (promoting extremist activities) and Article 358 of the Criminal Code (espionage). Dzmitry was sentenced to 12 years' imprisonment in a medium-security penal colony. In early fall, he was sent to Mahiliou colony No. 15. On November 1, 2024, it became known that Dzmitry was found dead in the penal colony, but the cause of death is unknown.
