Dzmitryi Makarkou lives in Mazyr, Homieĺ region. He is 35 years old.
On May 24, 2022, the court found Makarkou guilty of 'contempting a public official' under Article 369 of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 18 months of freedom restriction with a referral to an open-type penal facility.
