Dzmitry Lukashevich is a resident of Mahilioŭ detained and convicted under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code (insult to the president) and Part 2 of Art. 339 (hooliganism).
According to the indictment, Lukashevich took part in making effigies with the faces of Belarusian officials, including Aliaksandr Lukashenka, and burning them near Mahilioŭ.
Lukashevich was detained on March 2, 2021.
On June 7, Judge Maksim Kurpachanka of the Mahilioŭ District Court sentenced Dzmitry Lukashevich to three years in a general-security penal colony.
He was released on November 25, 2023.
