Dzmitry Andrasiuk  was sentenced to three months of arrest under Art. 402 of the Criminal Code for refusing to testify as a witness at a court hearing.

Dzmitry Andrasiuk was a witness in the case of the Brest political prisoners, bloggers Siarhei Piatrukhin and Aliaksandr Kabanau, who in April 2021 were sentenced to three years in prison. A criminal case was opened against Dzmitry Andrasiuk for refusing to answer the questions of the judge, who was considering the case of Siarhei Piatrukhin and Aliaksandr Kabanau, since he did not show his ID.

The accused has been sent to serve his sentence.

Dzmitry served his sentence in full and was released on February 26, 2022.
