Dzianis Vouchak was convicted under Art. 368, Part 1 (insulting Lukashenka) and Art. 203-1, Part 3 (Unlawful actions regarding information about private life and personal data) of the Criminal Code.
On 2 August 2022, pro-government Telegram channels posted a "repentance" video, in which Dzianis was accused of participating in protest actions in Minsk and of distributing extremist materials and insulting Lukashenka.
On 10 November2022, the judge of the Slonim district court, Aliaksandr Yarmolik, found Dzianis Vouchak guilty and sentenced him to one (1) year and six (6) months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
