Dzianis Syrets is a resident of Maladziečna, charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: Article 130 (incitement of social enmity), Article 369 (contempt of an official), Article 368 (contempt of the President).
He was tried for comments in the local Telegram-chat "Maladziečna for Life". The aggrieved persons were police officers from Maladziečna, a riot policewoman from Hrodna, as well as Lukashenka, Yarmoshyna, and Karpiankou.
Dzianis was sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
