Dzianis Nasura is a lead business analyst at EPAM.
He was detained on December 9, 2021. He was sentenced to 13 days of administrative imprisonment for distributing “extremist materials”, but he was never released at the end of his sentence.
It became known that the man was placed in pre-trial detention center on charges of participation in group actions grossly violating public order (Art. 342 of the Criminal Code).
At the end of March 2022, the investigation into the case of Dzianis Nasura was completed and the files were transferred to the prosecutor's office. On April 18, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
