Dzianis Kisialiou published in a closed chat a photo of an obscene gesture against the background of the TV screen, where Lukashenka was being shown. For this, he was sentenced to 18 months of restricted freedom in an open-type correctional facility.
He has been serving his sentence since May 30, 2022.
According to human rights defenders, Dzianis was supposed to be released in September 2023.
