David Zbaranski is a 17-year-old student who was detained on November 30 immediately after returning from Poland.

David was charged under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots). The charge is related the post-election protest in Brest on August 10, 2020.

Zbaranski was held in SIZO-7 in Brest.

On July 12, 2021, the Lieninski District Court of Brest sentenced Zbaranski to 3 years in a general-security penal colony.
