David Antashvili, a former participant of Dom-2, a famous Russian reality TV show, was arrested in late October 2022 for 'active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order' (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

He was placed in remand prison #1.

On December 22, 2022, the Centraĺny District Court of Minsk tried his case. Antashvili was sentenced to three years of freedom restriction under home confinement.

On January 13, 2023, the Ministry of Internal Affairs put the political prisoner on the 'List of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens or stateless persons involved in extremist activities'.

In April 2023, David Antashvili was arrested for 15 days for violating the regime of serving his sentence.
