Darya Danilava is director of Rocket Data and TAM.BY.
She was detained on May 18, 2021, in the framework of a criminal case initiated against TUT.BY for tax evasion on an especially large scale (Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code).
Despite this, Darya was tried under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Participating in actions that grossly violate public order).
On 25 April in the Maskoŭski District Court of Minsk sentenced Daria Danilava Judge Aleh Kaliada sentenced the political prisoner to 16 months in a general-security penal colony. Darya was released in the courtroom, as she had already served her entire term in pre-trial detention.
