Tsimafei Shkuratovich is a former lecturer at the radio-technical college. He was reportedly detained in the Zeltser case on September 30, 2021, and taken in pre-trial detention.
Judge Zhanna Brysina convicted Shkuratovich of ‘organization of riots’, ‘insulting a government official’, and ’incitement of hatred’ and sentenced him to 24 months of imprisonment in a penal colony under Part 1 of Article 293, Part 1 of Article 130, and Article 369 of the Criminal Code.
