Judge Zhanna Brysina convicted Shkuratovich of ‘organization of riots’, ‘insulting a government official’, and ’incitement of hatred’ and sentenced him to 24 months of imprisonment in a penal colony under Part 1 of Article 293, Part 1 of Article 130, and Article 369 of the Criminal Code.
