Artur Panchanka served as a senior firefighter rescuer under contract in a military unit responsible for fire protection and rescue operations in Žlobin.
He was charged with participating in actions that grossly violate public order, as defined in Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
On September 5, 2023, Judge Sviatlana Andreyeva of the Žlobin District Court sentenced Panchanka to three months of arrest.
