On October 28 and 31, 2024, the Court of the Luninets District considered the criminal case against 2 young men: Artur Kanapatski and Artur Malchan. They were charged under Article 370 of the Criminal Code (defamation of state symbols). The men were tried for removing the state flag from a store building in 2021.
They were sentenced to 6 months' imprisonment.
