Artsiom Maisiyonak

Artsiom Maisiyonak worked in Russia. He was detained on November 23, 2021 (the day after returning to Belarus) in the framework of a criminal case on group actions that grossly violate public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

At the end of March 2022, Artsiom's case was handed over to the prosecutor's office. In the middle of April, the Frunzienski District Court of Minsk Judge Yuliya Blizniuk found him guilty and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom in an open-type correctional facility.

Artsiom has left Belarus.
