Statement on the status of a political prisoner
Artsiom Litsevich was convicted by the Minsk City Court under Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code (calls for restrictive measures (sanctions), other actions aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus) and Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organizing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). From October 18 to October 24, 2024 the case was considered by Judge Alena Ananich.
On January 11, 2025, he was added to the list of citizens of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
