Artsiom Karatkevich studied at Homiel State Technical University. A few years ago the guy moved to Minsk and worked as a waiter.
In a “repentant” video published in mid-March, Artsiom said that he was detained “for moderating the 97% Serebryanka chat.” But this Telegram channel was recognized as an “extremist formation” only on May 30, 2023.
Artsiom is charged under Part 1 of Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code (Creation of an extremist formation).
