Andrei Tryzubau, a 52-year-old actor of the Pugovitsy theater and music group, was detained on the morning of January 4, 2023, in Minsk. Later, he was arrested for 10 days and placed in the Akrescina detention center. Then they transferred him to remand prison #1 in Minsk.
On April 17, 2023, the Kastryčnicki District Court of Minsk considered the case of the political prisoner. Judge Volha Niaborskaya found Andrei Tryzubau guilty and sentenced him to three years of freedom restriction under home confinement.
