Andrei Sacheuka was sentenced to six years of imprisonment in a penal colony for posting comments on the internet calling for participation in protests. He was found guilty of ‘inciting hatred’ (p. 1 of art. 130 CC) and ‘organizing mass riots’ (p. 1 of art. 293 CC). The man suffers from a mental disorder.
Andrei was included in the list of persons involved in terrorist activities.
On September 19, 2022, Judge Vasil Skok sentenced Andrei Sachevko to six years of imprisonment in a high security penal colony.
On January 29, 2023, Andrei was transferred from prison No. 1 to Babruisk penal colony No. 2.
In September, Andrei was transferred to Mahiliou Prison No. 4.
It is known that in March Andrei was put in a punishment cell (SHIZO) for 20 days.
