Andrei Ramanovich was arrested on May 3, 2023, for a video he had sent to an "extremist" Telegram channel. Criminal proceedings were started against Ramanovich under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code ('Assisting extremist activity').
In Minsk Regional Court on September 4, 2023, Andrei was sentenced by Judge Anzhalika Danilava to two years and six months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony, with confiscation of computer equipment.
