- Part 1 of Article 368 ('Contempt of the President of Belarus')
- Article 369 ('Contempt of a public official')
On March 10, 2023, Andrei Navaselchan was included in the 'List of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens, and stateless persons involved in extremist activities'.
