Andrei Fiodarau

Andrei Fiodarau was the Director of the KMA-BelAZ Technical Support Center in the Belgorod Region of the Russian Federation.

He was detained for his participation in the 2020 protests and for comments on social media. He deleted his Telegram account at the end of 2022, but he was found, likely due to the comments he left. He provided a lot of personal information and left at least a thousand comments. During the arrest, the Gubopik officers tore or cut the man's shirt, as clearly visible in the photo from their channel. The man has a large tattoo with a national ornament on his arm.

He was convicted on October 25, 2023, in one of the courts of Minsk under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
