Andrey Filipchik

Andrei Filipchyk administered an entertaining Telegram chat promoting Belarusian. He was detained by GUBAZIK (Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption), and on February 2, 2023, they posted a "repentance" video with him.

Filipchyk was charged with 'active participation in group actions grossly breaching public order' (Article 342 of the Criminal Code). He was placed in a pre-trial detention center.
