Andrei Chudzinau served several sentences under “political” articles of the Administrative Code. He was later arrested in a criminal case of group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

On March 17, 2022, Kastryčnicki District Court of Minsk sentenced Andrei Chudzinau to two years in a general-regime penal colony. The case was considered by judge Volha Niaborskaya. The main and only proof of Chudinau's guilt was a photo found on his phone.
