Andrei Abraztsou is a lawyer and has three minor children. He was detained on December 16, 2020, spent three days in a temporary detention facility and then was released having signed the obligation not to leave until the trial. 

Andrey was charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them) for participation in the protest in Minsk on October 25, 2020.

Andrei Abraztsou  was sentenced to two years of restricted liberty at an open penitentiary ("khimiya"). He started serving his sentence on December 17, 2021.
