Anatol Sivets was sentenced on June 5, 2021 to two years and six months of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary (“khimiya”) by the Maskoŭski District Court of Minsk under Art. 339 of the Criminal Code.

Sivets was found guilty of painting protest slogans on tobacco shops, an apartment building and a fountain in Minsk. The investigation qualified it as malicious hooliganism committed by a group of persons.
