Anatol Latushka from Minsk was arrested on the night of January 31, 2022. Previously, he was accused of Part 2 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code (Disorderly conduct) for stenciling “Pahonya” coat-of-arms.
Anatol Latushka is a cousin of politician Pavel Latushka.
On 20 September 2022, the Centraĺny District Court of Minsk sentenced Anatol Latushka to six years of imprisonment and a fine of 9,600 Belarusian roubles ($3820).
On December 30, 2022, he was put on the "list of extremists".
At the end of January 2023 it became known that Anatol was transferred to Navapolatsk penal colony № 1.
On March 22, 2024, a trial was held to replace the political prisoner with a prison regime. Anatol was transferred to Hrodna Prison No. 1.
