Anastasiya Petrachenka was detained for transferring money to the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment.
For this, a criminal case was opened against her and she was placed in a pre-trial detention center.
In Homiel Regional Court on June 14, 2023, Judge Ruslan Tsaruk found Anastasiya guilty and sentenced her to three years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
On September 1, 2023, Anastasiya was included in the list of persons involved in extremist activities.
