Aliaksei Muravitski is a resident of Minsk sentenced to 1 year in a penal colony under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order).

On election day, August 9, riot police detained Muravitski at a polling station and then beat him in the detention center in Akrestsin Street. On August 16, he went to a protest and demonstrated hematomas he suffered after the beating. Protesters wrote "You Can't Kill Everyone" on his naked back. Muravitski also took part in a protest on October 25. He climbed the roof of his car with a white-red-white flag and shouted "Long Live Belarus".
