Aliaksei Kedysh was arrested in late February 2022 in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code). His wife Anastasiya was also detained with him.
He was placed in pre-trial detention center.
On July 15, 2022, a trial was held in Lieninski District Court of Minsk. Aliaksei and her wife were found guilty and sentenced to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
